Ive been using this app for like 2 years now and it just seems like ik multimedia doesnt even care about how bad this app is. I cant even open the app, I created a masterpiece, and now its gone. Thanks alot. If an update for this app doesnt come out soon, I will sue.

I purchased this app AND the iPad app. I bought the crappy iRig mic. The mic is made from cheap materials that break easily. So easily ... It didnt even work out of the box. Customer Support? Forget about that too. I lost my receipt for the iRig mic. They wont take their defective merchandise back without it. Ive given them a lot of my money for worthless hardware and software that I cant even use. I also own Amplitude / Amplitude Fender ... For the iPad and iPhone ... Plus a whole bunch of in-app purchases. And ... iRig. THIS is something Ive actually been able to use ... Kind of ... Its so noisy ... Its worthless. Will I ever buy another one of their products? Nope. And you shouldnt either. Dont waste your money like I did.

i love the app but when is the next update ? It has almost been half a year since the last update. until the update no 5 stars for you

Great concept but its a total fail! This app is a complete rip off! Its difficult to use and when you figure out how to use it, it STILL doesnt work! You out on an effect that works initially...then I stops! Doesnt let me bounce my track! How the heck do you delete a track and start over? Its just a waste of your time and money! You have been warned!

I bought this app when it first came out, and it came with the four track recorder include in the $19.99 price. After updating it, I only have ONE track. And it wont let me buy the four track recorder. Please correct this. I paid for the four track, and then you just took it away? Thats messed up.

$60 mic worthless. I wont ever buy another app or product from these guys.

iPhone 5 optimization! Im a happy camper. Glad to see it being kept up to date. I wrote the developer asking about this before I purchased. I have the four track recorder (in-app purchase) as well. This is an outstanding app for vocalists. Its like having a portable recording studio always with you. Id guess some really unhappy with this app may be A) not primarily vocalists, but musicians who do more than sing & maybe are looking for editing features , etc. available in apps like GarageBand that cater to a broader audience....this is a vocalists app & its chock full of features that arent in apps not aimed @ vocalists specifically. Or B) Casual singers who dont really know yet what all these tools do & find the app overwhelming And younger singers who havent had to use things like tape recorders with multiple tapes to manually piece things together (aging myself here :p) & therefore the visuals dont make the app less overwhelming for them. But to all Id say hang in there. Casual, pro, young, old, maybe you dont sing but use vocals for other purposes. Once you work with it for awhile it becomes more intuitive. The quick guide will get you up & running, the manual & their site are also really helpful. I dont work for them. Im not even a vocalist by profession. Just a casual singer who also stumbled a little at first & had to figure some stuff out so figured Id pass it on ;)

Excellent product, best of the best! Just need to find a way to reload it after a hanging crash. Grrrrr.

Somehow I cannot let work the sound effects when vocal demos is on,nothing works,even I selected a song from the library and sound effects like reverb,chorus,fx etc, does not work. I bought the iPad version and it works fine but does not work for iPhone 4gs .I hope they can fix it with an update.

Has everything Ive EVER needed & wanted for recording... and then some! Also very easy to use.

I LOVE this app. Previous reviews lament its cost, complication, and features but I think that was probably user error (the biggest drawback is that it isnt intuitive.) However, the quick start guide under menu will get you going. Also check settings first and ensure the built-in mic is enabled if you dont have iRig. The app costs $10 now vs an earlier $20, but the four track option is an additional $5. I recommend it, fully loaded I can record a song on my uke, play it while I record my voice, add drums and a guitar and have a complete product. It even lets you bounce one track onto another, freeing up additional track space. It has a mixer option, its easy to move back and forth on the tracks and there is a loop function also. I havent even started on the vocal features! Para EQ, reverb, delay, harmony FX, even silly extras like evil choir. There are vocal tools to warm you up with major and minor scales, a metronome, plus you can pull in songs from your library and reduce/remove the voice so you can sing over it. You can export your recording as a song and use it to sing harmonies over and save it again, send to a buddy, all sorts of possibilities. I had ZERO mixing/self-recording experience prior to this app so a comprehensive how-to wouldve been great. But music is about discovery! Its not an easy bake, dont expect instant gratification but spend an hour playing with the different features, make mistakes, re-record, be obsessive and make an amazing final product! This app lets you take control of your music.

The monitor and sound effects give you a solid foundation on what you should listen for in your voice. It helps with pitch, projection, and one day itll click, that you dont have to try- in order to breathe and sing properly. Practice makes perfect, and this app helps with that. I play guitar and piano, used them to teach myself pitch via GarageBand, and I use this to teach myself voice harmonics and increased my range almost a full octave (without stressing my voice or lungs) For those who dont practice, the effects are great for "one and done" karaoke style covers. For those who teach themselves, the effects in monitor are priceless. IK: please, stick with vocals, your guitar amps lack in all the places where this app is spot on. My iPhone set up is as follows: GarageBand Jam up pro And vocalive. Irig 1/4" (guitar jack) Irig mic And an esp ltd 300fm. And a fender acoustic.

I love this app. I love the voice effects, delay and harmonizing. It makes the song sound complete and professional. Good job!

Great deal for a 4-Track w/ a bunch of effects.

Its a awesome but i dont know if its only me but my effects seem to cut off or not work after a while & I have to delete the app and download it again to make it work!

This app is unmatched when it comes to pitch correction. I sing using this app constantly. I cannot express to you just how good this app is if you like pitch correction. A MUST-HAVE APP. I absolutely love and appreciate this app.
